The Ramon Llull University (URL) was founded in March 1990 and is situated in the heart of Barcelona. It is denominated after the Catalan poet and philosopher Ramon Llull. It is a private non-profit university, but offering a public service.

The university offers altogether 46 study programmes for the first and second study section. Modern equipment as well as internship contracts with more than 4.000 different companies belong to the services of this university. At present there are around 16.500 students at URL.

There is no contact address of an International Office but students do have the opportunity to spend an exchange semester at URL. You can find some information under “International Relations”, but this refers mainly to outgoing students and is therefore not very helpful to my mind.
